Day 3 (October 3): Winston-Salem to Mebane - 74 miles (elev. +3139 ft)
Day 4 (October 4): Mebane to Henderson - 65 miles (elev. +3027 ft)
Day 5 (October 5): Henderson to Tarboro - 70 miles (elev. +1425 ft)
Day 6 (October 6): Tarboro to Kinston - 63 miles (elev. +1011 ft)
Day 7 (October 7): Kinston to Emerald Isle - 72 miles (elev. +750 ft)
Cue Sheets
The Cycle NC cue sheets featuring turn by turn instructions and an overview map will be available electronically in PDF format. The links to the pdf files will be e-mailed directly to all registered participants to view and download prior to the start of the event. In addition to the cue sheets, road markings will be located at each turn along the routes.
Bike Mechanics
If your bike needs some assistance during the ride, our bike mechanics will be at the start/finish and at various rest stops on the route to get your bike repaired and back on the road.
Support and Gear Vehicles (SAG)
All routes are fully supported by CNC SAG vehicles to provide assistance to riders in need. If you need help, pull off the road and pat the top of your head and they will stop to assist you. Personal SAG's are not allowed on the routes at any time.
