All services are booked "a la carte.” We believe in choosing your own adventure!
Camping Elevated: Summit Cycle Solutions is proud to bring our “Camping Elevated” service back to Cycle NC in 2024. Summit Cycle Solutions will set up, take down, and provide participants with “valet camping” accommodations each night along the tour. Tents are 100% guaranteed to be set up by 1:00pm.
Optional Luggage Transfers: Summit Cycle Solutions provides luggage transportation to and from tents each day. Customers lodging a full week with Summit Cycle Solutions are eligible for discounted luggage transfer services ($149).
Optional Ocean Isle Camping: Want to camp after the final leg of the tour in Ocean Isle Beach? No worries! Summit Cycle Solutions has an optional Camping Elevated service for the final night of festivities.
Real Time Communication: All customers receive real time communication services. Customers receive text alerts, onsite customer service, and an active 24/7 urgent matter phone line.
Travel Protection Plan: A Travel Protection Plan is available to the customer at the time of purchase (10% Premium / 100% Coverage). The customer must select "yes" upon checkout to have the plan added to the invoice. Cancellations will be accepted (for any reason) up to 21 days prior to the check in date. No cancellations shall be allowed after 21 days prior to the check in date. Please review terms upon check out.
