BODYARMOR State Games TKD has updated the competition schedule for June 21, 2025. 

10:00am - Opening Ceremonies 

10:15am - Competition Begins

• Traditional Poomsae Competition (11 & under)
• Sport Poomsae Competition (11 & under)
• Demonstration Team Competition 
• Grassroots Olympic-style Sparring (11 & under)
• Creative Breaking Competition (12 and over)
• Traditional Poomsae Competition 
• Sport Poomsae Competition 
• Grassroots Olympic-style Sparring Competition
• World Class Sparring Competition 

COMPETITION SITE: Greensboro Complex - Novant Health Fieldhouse
 
COMPETITION DATE: June 21, 2025

ENTRY FEES: 
Individual - $70, plus $15 per event (additional cost for boards)
Demonstration/Self Defense Team - $90 per team, plus $15 for each team member
  ** Prices above are for early bird registration. Fees increase on 4/14 and 5/19.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 11:59pm on June 18th
     **There will be NO ON SITE REGISTRATION!

AGE GROUPS: 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14, 15-17, 18-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 & Over 

EVENTS OFFERED: Demonstration Team, Creative Breaking, Traditional Poomsae (WT, ITF, ATA, Other), WT Grassroots Sport Poomsae (Color Belts & Taegeuk), WT World Class Sport Poomase (Black Belts Only) Grassroots Olympic-Style Sparring (JSR & ALHC), World Class Olympic Style Sparring (Black Belt - ages 12-32)

REFUND POLICY: There will be NO REFUNDS unless an event/division is canceled or a participant is found to be ineligible because of a failure to meet residency or age requirements. In order to protect the health and safety of all participants, North Carolina Amateur Sports may determine that the event needs to be terminated at any point during the event with no refund. There will be no refunds for bad weather situations, force majeure events, acts of God
