ENTRY FEE: $350 per team (15 player roster limit)
 
DIVISIONS OFFERED: 
     5v5 Men’s Contact
     5v5 Men’s Non-Contact
     5v5 Women’s Non-Contact
     5v5 Co-ed Non-Contact

AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in each division. All medal winners qualify to compete in the 2022 State Games of America in Iowa.
