COMPETITION DATES: June 14-16

ENTRY FEE: $375 per team with a 4-game guarantee
   **Early-bird discount of $325 per team if team registers by April 19th!**

**MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT!** Multi-team discount of $300 per team through April 19 when both the Boys and Girls teams from a particular school register together. Please contact Chip Hofler (chip@ncsports.org) for more information and to receive your discount code. The multi-team discount will increase to $325 per team starting on April 20.

ENTRY DEADLINE: May 31

ELIGIBITY INFORMATION: Open to intact High School varsity teams from both North Carolina and South Carolina. Teams will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis, so be sure to register your team as early as possible.  Teams who register before May 10th will be able to REQUEST preferred game times for games on Friday.  Tournament size will be determined by Powerade State Games office. Late entries will only be accepted if space permits.

DIVISIONS: Boys and Girls High School Divisions open to intact varsity level teams from both Independent and public schools

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Coaches are encouraged to register their teams online utilizing the Register option at the top of this page. If you will be paying by check, please e-mail Chip (chip@ncsports.org) prior to starting the registration process for more information on how to do so.

FORMAT: Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of four games. Teams will have pool play over Friday and Saturday (potentially early Sunday), and then teams could earn bonus games in bracket play if they advance.  Some teams will play as many as 6 games over the 3 days.
   ** Forfeit Fee: Any team that drops out of the tournament once the schedule has been posted or forfeits a game during the tournament will be assessed a $100 fee.   

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY RULE: If a player or a team's roster becomes in question, the roster should be signed by a school administrator verifying that all players are either currently enrolled or will be enrolled for the 2019-2020 academic year.

ROSTER INFORMATION: ALL coaches will be required to enter their roster online by June 7th! You will receive instructions in your confirmation email on how to enter your roster online. All players' parents (if under age of 18) must consent to the waiver online by June 7th. If a player has not been consented to the waiver by June 7th, then the coach must turn in a signed Team Roster form with the corresponding players and missing signatures.  This form will need to be turned into the Competition Manager on-site no later than one hour before your team's first game. 

AWARDS: The top three teams in each division will receive gold, silver and bronze medals. Only the individuals listed on the roster will receive medals.
