Cycle North Carolina is excited to partner with Team Wilpers to provide Elite level coaching to our riders as you prepare for the 25th annual Mountains to Coast Ride. Show up prepared and enjoy this scenic event like never before by completing the FREE 12-Week Team Wilpers Training Challenge.
The challenge officially kicks off the week of July 15. While you can join the challenge at any time, we encourage you to start early to get the most out of the training and be better prepared for this year's Mountains to Coast ride. Included with the training are:

The challenge officially kicks off the week of July 15. While you can join the challenge at any time, we encourage you to start early to get the most out of the training and be better prepared for this year's Mountains to Coast ride. Included with the training are:
- 12 weeks of free, coach-led and course-specific training with a minimum of 3 rides and maximum of 5 rides per week
- Pre-recorded weekly briefings from Team Wilpers' Coaches and Cycle NC Staff to talk about the upcoming rides and set up riders for a successful week of training
- Weekly training goals to help you track your progress
- .zwo files included for each workout for any riders training on Zwift
- Access to Team Wilpers Facebook and Strava groups where you can enjoy team comradery, ask questions and find motivation as you train
- Additional strength training available as well for those looking to take their training to the next level (additional cost of $9.95/month)

- Create a username and password
- Verify your email address, then log in using your credentials
- On the “Find A Training Page” navigate to “Cycling Challenges”. Scroll down to find your challenge … "Mountains to Coast Training Challenge". To add strength training to your weekly plan you can choose to upgrade to all-access for $9.95 / month. The accompanying strength training can be found under Strength Challenges.
- Select "Enroll" and click "Save".
That's it! Team Wilpers will e-mail you every Friday starting July 12 to let you know that the upcoming week's training has been loaded. Athlete briefings with your coach and Cycle NC Staff will also be available and can be found a the top of your weekly training.
