COMPETITION DETAILS: Four regional teams for both Boys and Girls will compete in a round robin tournament held in the Charlotte area. Players have the opportunity to tryout to represent their region by completing the Application Fee registration and attending at least on tryout in their respective region. NEW IN 2019! Each regional team will have the opportunity to hold a practice on the Championship Field on Friday, June 21, to prepare for the tournament. We will also hold an information session on Friday as well featuring local college coaches. More information coming soon!
TRYOUT APPLICATION FEE: Tryout Application fees start at $15. This is a one-time fee that will allow the player to attend as many tryouts as desired. Fees are non-refundable, and players must register online before attending their first tryout. The tryout application fee will increase to $20 starting on March 2nd. Players who are selected to represent their region will have to pay a $35 Finalist Fee. Click “Register” for more details.
ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION: Players must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior (Class of 2020, 2021, and 2022) that played at the varsity level last season at a North Carolina high school. Players must register for tryouts before being able to participate. They are required to attend at least one tryout but are encouraged to attend as many as possible. When registering for tryouts, players should register in the region in which their school is located.
TRYOUTS:Information for this year’s tryouts will be posted on the toolbar above as soon as it becomes available. Most tryouts are typically held on weekends during the months of March, April and May. Players must bring their own water bottle, shin guards and ball to tryouts.
