What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Participants who register before December 15 are entitled to a 100% refund as long as a written (email or mail) cancellation/refund request is received in the CNC office by 5pm EST on March 9, 2010. 

Participants who register after December 15 will only be eligible for a registration refund (minus the cancellation fee) as long as written (email or mail) cancellation/refund request is received in the CNC office by 5pm EST on March 9, 2010. 

All refunds will be issued by check in May.

No refunds will be approved for cancellations/refund requests after March 9, 2010.

A $15 late fee will be applied to all registrations received after March 9, 2010.
