CNC Spring Weekend Ride

Misc. Facts

  • Free rest stops with snacks and beverages will be set up approximately every 10-20 miles along the route.
  • Bike mechanical support will be provided by Cycling Spoken Here. They will set up at camp and at designated areas along the routes each day.
  • Free snacks, fruit and other products will be available at camp.
  • CNC SAG vehicles will patrol the route for your assistance. Flag them down with a thumbs down signal if you need any assistance.
  • Bring a cell phone if you have one in case of an emergency.
  • Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
  • Take special care when riding in pace lines. Most accidents on the ride are bike-on-bike.
  • The route will be marked with paint and signs. The cue sheets will identify food stores and restaurants on the route for your comfort.
  • Dogs are allowed at CNC campsites, but they must be leashed and quiet. Also, please clean up after them.
  • CNC staff has the right to remove any rider from the ride at any time with no refund.
  • Personal SAG vehicles are not allowed on the route.

 

Check the CNC website regularly for event updates and changes. There is a list of registered riders and their hometowns so you can see who else is coming. There is also a message board where you can ask questions to riders who have done CNC in the past.
