Campsite to Campsite Luggage Service -- Included in Registration

CNC will provide daily transportation for your camping and biking gear each day during the ride.  Cyclists are limited to two bags, each weighing 40 lbs or less (our luggage handlers would prefer less!)  If the bags exceed the weight limit, additional charges may apply. 

Cyclists will need to carry their bag(s) from the luggage truck to their campsite, plan to pack light.  It will make the week more enjoyable.   A refined list of what to bring can be found on our website and in the Rider’s Handbook (available in August).  Lawn chairs, stoves, extra bikes, plastic or rubber trunks, and bike boxes will not be allowed on the trucks.  Each rider must load his or her bags onto our luggage trucks by 8:30AM. 

Luggage to Hotel Service

Full Week Service -- $85/bag
Daily Service - $15/day/bag

For an additional charge, Cycle NC will pickup and deliver bag(s) (40lbs or less) from the official CNC hotels in each overnight community.   Cyclists choosing the Hotel Luggage service must fill out and return the form at the top of this page.  Cyclists will receive a luggage tag at check-in that must be affixed to the bag(s).  This tag will have the hotels listed for each day so the bags are delivered to the correct location. Remember, the Hotel to Luggage service only delivers to the "Host Hotels."   The list of hotels can be found by clicking on the following link: Click here for the Hotel List.
