What is the refund and cancellation policy for the 2010 CNC Fall Ride?

Participants who register before before May 17 are entitled to a 100% refund (includes any merchandise, transportation options, registration fees, meals, etc.) as long as a written (email or mail) cancellation/refund request is received in the CNC office by 5pm EST on August 25, 2010. 

Participants who register after May 17 will only be eligible for a registration fee refund (does not inlclude jerseys, meals, transportation, luggage, etc) minus the cancellation fee of $35 as long as written (email or mail) cancellation/refund request is received in the CNC office by 5pm EST on August 25, 2010. 

All refunds will be issued by check in November.

Absolutely NO refunds will be approved for cancellations/refund requests after August 25, 2010.

A $15 late fee will be applied to all registrations received after August 25, 2010.\

Cycle NC does not offer credits for future events (spring or fall).
